If your dancer(s) receive the Elite Reveler Runner Up or Winner Scholarship at a Revel 2024-2025 Regional Event, they are eligible to participate in the ELITE REVELER OF THE YEAR EXPERIENCE at Revel 2024-2025 National Finals.

ELITE REVELER REGISTRATION RULES
2024-2025

Detailed registration instructions for the Elite Reveler of the Year will be provided shortly.
The registration deadline for Elite Reveler Runner Up and Winner recipients for the Elite ROTY at National Finals is May 15, 2025. No exceptions will be granted.
Elite Reveler Runner Up and Winner recipients must submit a professional headshot upon registration for the Elite ROTY at National Finals.

Regional Elite Reveler Runner Up and Winner recipients are required to perform a solo in the Nationals Elite Reveler of the Year Solo Competition, participate in the Nationals Elite Reveler of the Year Audition Class, and engage in various rehearsals for the Opening Number throughout the week to be eligible for the title.
Solos will be adjudicated only, and awards will not be announced after the Elite Reveler of the Year Competition. Elite Reveler recipients may choose to compete with a second solo in the General Competition, where Top Overall Results will be announced. This will incur an additional entry fee.
If Elite Reveler Runners Up and Winners cannot attend the entire National Finals Event, they are ineligible to pursue the Elite Reveler of the Year title. No exceptions will be made.

ELITE REVELER OF THE YEAR

Elite Reveler of the Year Winners are determined by the following criteria:

After dancers participate in both the Elite ROTY Competition and Audition Class, finalists will be announced in each of the age divisions at the last Nationals competition awards as well as announced on Revel’s Instagram. After all candidates perform in the Opening Number Routine during the Gala Closing Show they will find out which dancers receive Mini, Junior, Teen and Senior Elite Reveler of the Year 2025. More than 1 winner in each age division could be selected.

Can current Pro Reveler Company dancers audition for an Elite Reveler Runner Up/Winner Scholarship at a Regional City?

No.

If a dancer participates in both the Elite Reveler Audition and Pro Reveler Audition at a Regional City, are they able to receive and utilize both scholarships?

‍Yes, dancers can receive both scholarships. They would first attend Nationals to compete and audition for Elite Reveler of the Year. If the dancer is awarded Elite Reveler of the Year at Nationals, then they are automatically accepted into the Pro Reveler Company. If the dancer is not awarded Elite Reveler of the Year, then they can still utilize their Pro Reveler Scholarship the following season.

Can dancers compete a solo in the Elite Reveler of the Year Title Competition and General Solo Competition at Nationals?

‍Yes. An Elite Reveler recipient can enter 1 solo in the Elite Reveler of the Year Title Competition and 1 solo in the General Solo Competition. Elite Reveler of the Year Title Competition is for adjudication only, as part of the title score includes the audition component. They can be the same solo since the Elite ROTY Competition will not include Top Overall Awards.

What are the dance styles taught in the Elite Reveler of the Year Audition Class?

‍Senior & Teen Audition will be Ballet, Contemporary and Jazz. Junior & Mini Audition will be Contemporary and Jazz.

Do Elite Reveler solos need to pre-qualify for the Elite Reveler of the Year Title Competition?

‍No.

Do Elite Reveler of the Year candidates need to purchase Gala tickets for themselves and family?

‍Yes, all participants in the Gala Closing Show must purchase tickets as well as seated guests.
